ONS Malaysia Educator ~ Stephy Pang recently had a short stint in Japan by invitation of Odyssey Nail Systems due to her outstanding achievements in 2011 and she is also the Best Educator of the Year 2011 for Malaysia. Here is a letter from her sharing her Japan experience :

November 20-21 , I have been given a chance by ONS to visit the Tokyo Nail Exhibition 2011

I was honored to assist Trang , Vannie, Catherine, Viv, Elvira and the ONS Japan Team to run our booth at the exhibition

The 2days show was well being organized. Everyone was being scheduled to duties with full of team work and spirit. I was so happy to see the booth was always full of crowds. People came for demos and products.

Trang, Catherine, Viv, Elvira and I were being posted for stage demo by rotation. It was an awesome experience to be seated on stage demo. I was so glad to see so many nail passionate people crowding in front of the stage for our demos. This was a good opportunity to let the public know how wonders our product can do.

Other than stage demo, Catherine and Viv have a Seminar during the show too. Our Seminar room was always full. More than 60 people were queuing up to get in to the room.

Throughout the whole trip I was taught a lot theoretically and practically from everyone especially Teacher Trang and Mr. Han from Korea that I think it will be very useful for my future.

I am so happy to be with Odyssey Team. The leaving part was always sad however we knew we were a big ONS family that we have the same aim to bring up the nail industry no matter where we are.

What's so special about Top2Bottom is that it is a soak off system, super easy application and guaranteed to deliver crystal clear High Shine

You can use it 2 layers as a nail strengthener alternative, or use it as a base and a top coat for gel polish over natural nails, traditional gel nails(both hard/soft) or acrylic nails.

(Do not apply over regular nail polish as a topcoat, however you can use this as a basecoat prior to nail polish application to protect your nails from yellowing and to give it that nice smooth surface to polish)

Because it is pure soakable gel, you need to wipe off the final dispersion layer with a cleanser but I promise you, it will not dull like the generic ones, You will be pleased....Very pleased at the finish :)

I'm loving it because I've used this for all my recent competition work to deliver such gorgeous finish and I just have to share this info with all the nailtechs out there because I have tried so many soak-off gel topcoat and this one just blew me away !

Last year we had a blast and learnt a lot from Trang Nguyen, but this year was just mind blowing with Trang Nguyen and Lee So Young, it just gets better and better ! So have the skills for all trainees who picked his brains and emulate his magic touch :)
Simply said, there's no luck in creating a perfect nail, it's an art of precision and science.

Another Great Achievement @ Fantastic Nails Awards (Malaysia) 2010

Competition will never be the same again in Malaysia. The quality of nails this year have improved tremendously in both the mixed media art and technical categories.

We are so proud of Regine Lo (ONS Educator Hong Kong) for fulfilling her dream to win 2 first places in the Gel and Acrylic Sculpture Open Division in Malaysia and also to Berry Shum who will represent Malaysia in the World Championship in Dusseldorf next year.

Stephy Pang (ONS Educator Malaysia) was in tears as six of her students placed in the manicure,handpaint and 3D division.

Congratulations to all winners and we are certain that we will be seeing more amazing results next year after the competition training !

Our three novice girls swept eleven top 3 places between them after just one month of intensive training with Trang Nguyen, this nail icon builds top competitors! Another wonderful achievement for the team was that everyone made it to top ten, we congratulate our new members who took to the competition floor for their first time.
